When you have completed this form, you will receive from our Customer Service Department in Cologne within one working day our written order confirmation for your new website. In the second step, one of our product specialists will contact you at the next business day by phone. Our product specialist will specify with you together the necessary steps and dates for the launch period of your new website.

Herewith we confirm to you, that an order regarding a new website, which you have sent us before the 15^th of a month, will be implemented by the end of the same month, so that you can always assume that your new website will go live at the first calendar days of the following month. Of course, this is allways depending on your individual schedule and your individual requirements. If you are planning this project on a more long-term basis, we will follow your requirements as best as we can.
