If your guest chooses the payment option with credit card details, their details will be requested when the booking is finalized. The guest's credit card details are then stored for 5 days. The guest's credit card details can only be viewed with a user account with special authorization.

If connected to a PCI-certified channel manager or PMS system, the credit card data can also be transferred to this system. Please note that the credit card data is not saved in CM Studio .iBooking during a transfer.

The payment option by bank transfer / prepayment offers guests the opportunity to pay for their booking in advance and securely by bank transfer. This function is an additional, flexible payment method that is particularly attractive for guests who are reluctant to submit credit card details online or do not wish to use cards.
